If there is currently a tenant there, great, it's cash flowing but eventually when the lease ends you will either want to get them on a LO contract or replace the tenant with tenant/buyer who is interested in rent to own and is pre-qualified through a credit repair specialist to be "bank loan ready" with in the next few years.
