I was looking into a office building around Lebanon Pike & Briley pkwy.

Areas such as Lawrence, Pike, and Warren all offer solid schools where you can appeal not only to individuals, couples, and roommates, but also to families of all sizes.

Specifically I look for overgrown lawns, piked up newspapers, phone books, trash and obviuosly boarded properties.

Then I thought i'd try working rural and went to Pike County (which wasn't really a good career move) so I was fortunate enough to land my current at North Jefferson County Ambulance District.

I don't get home all that often but I was blown away by areas past Brownsburg and Pike that were so built up.

If anybody is interested in a golf course condo in Orlando, I may have one coming down the pike here in the next couple weeks.

I'm not an expert in Indianapolis, but have been researching which townships to focus on and this is in a good area in the Pike township, certainly not a war zone property.
