Ours is in a rural area with strong seasonality and lots of regional vacation travellers going out for a weekend or maybe a week. 

A) Lease was older where price quoted in lease doesn’t cover cost of replacement.

But it bounced back okay in 2021 and boomed in 2022 so we decided to double down and get an older costa rican style property around the corner.

But in my case it was an older downtown neighborhood in Prescott AZ, that had been run down pretty bad and was just starting to swing back.

If interested in low-cost properties with above-average rents, I would recommend duplexes in Cleveland near the major hospitals and work with the gentleman I am referring to.

See, the older I get (don't ask), the more annoyed I get with the endless "I WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO CUT YOUR TAXES in DECEMBER" emails, posts, webinars, podcasts, TikToks, YouTubes and whatnot.
