With e-bikes they are getting fair amount of use and in long term may be a good idea, but they do exasperate the parking problem.  

I suspect there might be some E and O you could go after since they are licensed.. 

Make sure you have plan A, B, C, D, and even then.... perhaps plan E too.

You send an e-mail with the list of repairs, and suddenly the contractor, or manager, or whatever, replies with questions.

Besides the 14 e-mails over the 14 days, I had 3 phone conversations with my account representatives supervisor and even that didn't make a difference in getting the items that I needed.

You know our living with them through the escrow they come to like you.. they will answer your e mails etc. plus your building a career .. that is YOURS not working for free for some investor..
