It has been my life's mission to build my own duplex, house hack it & use it to catalyze the BRRR cycle.As I get closer to breaking ground on the project, I'm still not 100% confident in it's feasibility due to the costs of land & construction considering it is mandatory to secure an appraisal 20% above build & land cost. 

I'm at a point in my life and real estate career where I need somebody.

To maximize my cashflow and gain landlording experience, I’d do STR and MTR in the other units, as well as the other bedrooms in my unit.

Although most of them are longer-term tenants, I just had a midterm in my guest bedroom.

Most of my clients stick to private money.  

When I did my research for buying my properties in Costa Rica, I had one of the big STR management companies like Evolve analyze my potential profits and I used that info to raise money through bringing on partners to buy the properties. 

I got a call from my attorney today saying he talked to the seller's attorney and they found out he's wholesaling the property.
