Hit them up. looks like your interest in this you should get a book on aviation short hand.. some pretty cool stuff there  like Tod is not a name its Top of Decent point... and so on and so forth there are bout 200 of those.. over the years you pretty much get to know them all..

@Caleb Heimsoth my emphasis is in Aerospace Logistics since I work in Aviation right now.

What I do like those is the Carolinas specifically Charleston  I found that city about 5 years ago and it was coming out of the 08 melt down.. but I was keen on Boeing and being around aviation all my life I thought the Dreamliner was going to be a huge hit and when they moved it all to Charleston.. and Boeing bought 1000 acres around the airport..

There are these types of communities throughout the country and many of the homes are advertised in aviation magazines.Most of these types of communities have restrictions around the type of homeowner that can purchase property there. 

My husband went to Upper Limit Aviation@ SUU and it was quite a bit more.
