With that said, I'd like to share 2 of my desires.Desire 1: Once I am financially able, I hope to house and care for the less fortunate, namely widows and orphans. 

The property is owned by an elderly woman who was recently widowed.

She’s 76 and widowed, living and maintaining a 3.2 home alone on a reverse mortgage.

The only reason we chose her is because she could pay for the year up front (she is also a "widow trying to rebuild" and we are kind people).

Very familiar with one, my husband calls it camp and the mere mention of me renting it sends him off on a tangent.....original full log cabin on 10 acres next to federal forest, generator, 10 acres....it would rent in a heartbeat...but then I would be a widow.

If the property is deeded in a way that title pass automatically to the widow, then the title company can most likely prepare the documents.If however the property is not titled in a way that title passes to the widow automatically, the widow may need to initiate probate proceedings for the deceased husband.

The current owner is recently widowed and ~70+ yrs. old. 

We had a case where the widow owner went to a county nursing home. 

The owner died and I have spoke with his widow (I’ll call her Jessica).
