I signed up for something on Ron LeGrand's web-site (the free access portion).

I do not like the web site as much as I liked the app. 

If you already have a website, you can use Google Search Console to see what search terms your website is already ranking for.

There should be no upfront fees for the loan, other than an appraisal.Their website is also full of typos and grammar errors.

Is AI taking over human-generated content for things like sales pages, emails, landing pages, and website copy, or is the future a blend of AI and human expertise working together?

We have been around the bigger pockets community for over a decade now and have more 5 star reviews on bigger pockets than any company on this website in any industry (>270  5 Star reviews).

There are not a ton of comps on Zillow or other websites that I have checked and it was last sold a while ago so even these resources are unable to give me a quote.  

I have an app / website idea that will help landlords secure funds to pay off their rental or have funds for a down payment for their next property.

I wouldn’t go there myself… you lose a lot of control, your house will see a lot more traffic / damage.
