Hello All,I recently finished Vivid Vision by Cameron Herold.

I discovered that the current owner has numerous complaints filed against him from tenants and it paints a vivid picture of him being a slumlord(numerous of post are saying don't do business with this guy!).

I have a few more books in mind (Cash Flow Quadrant, Multifamily Millionaire Volume 1-2, perhaps Vivid Vision, perhaps Industrial Intelligence).

It's officially 2020 and I'm so excited to begin this year out talking about having a vivid vision for your future!

I will use these comments to help finish my vivid vision.  

.- Vivid Vision: short read that focuses on creating a 3 year vision of your future company, life, etc.

I am curious how is everyone being affected due to coronary happening.In N.Y. where I am from agents and brokers cannot pick up New listings, Nor cold call but can work existing contracted listing, so what about people whom invest (fix and fli p or buy and hold) or wholesale, Or lenders how does  vivid affecting your business?

So how has vivid affected wholesaling, in my I am working on a few shorts with an investor I work with and the auction courts have been closed, also the governor is pretty much looking to shut everything down so how are other wholesale Kessler getting thru these times?

Therefore, the risk of an audit for taking a Vivid-19 hardship withdrawal from a retirement plan should be very low.
