Even though your Realtor might be good and helpful their ultimate goal is to get the house sold and no one will see the vision you have set for yourself, in the same light that you will.

However, components of a central HVAC system in a residential building, including furnaces and condensers, are NOT eligible for this treatment and must be slowly depreciated over 27.5 years (39 years for STRs).

I can see the vision but they are not yet put to use here in Orlando.It’s great to hear your first home had an ADU...those are game-changrs for both space efficiency and offsetting costs.

Send written letters, nice stationary, handwritten envelope, explaining why you selected his property and what your vision is for it.
