@Donnie Jones I agree with Jonathan and Nathan, its definitely a challenge to start off wholesaling and takes a lot of grit and consistency to see success but not impossible.

By letting the tenant know that while you hate what happened to her and the position it has put her in, you are not the right vehicle/organization to subsidize her. 

Impossible to tell which are scams and which are real and which have idiots writing the code.
