Nashville, Dallas and the south are being the hardest right now because of the new construction, but in my opinion, these could be some of the best opportunities for investing in the coming years.

I do a ton of business in Indiana and I think we would be valuable assetts to each other's networks!

I like that, unlike with say trading for a hedge fund, I can create opportunities for others rather than solely line the pockets of someone richer (that being said I still intend to make money).
