There are usually a few wholesalers there who sometimes bring a few to the table each month, but either way it's great to make some connections.

@Andy Ptak when jumping into the industry you have a few choices:1) Start at the bottom2) Leverage your experience to convince someone to give you a chance3) Decide between:--- Big companies who will usually start you at the bottom--- Small companies that will more like to a chance on hiring you for an above entry level position.

Loan seasoning requirements are usually based on the note date and the loan purpose, like cashout refi. 

I mean after screening a tenant, the only documents I usually deal with them about are signing lease addendums or new leases which are either done electronically or in person.

There is usually extra charges on closing to pay for that service… but it is minimal.All the best!

The ones with really good reviews, and a high amount of reviews usually cost a little more, but do a good job.  

All things being equal it's usually not good for the owner unless of course it's a way to get the property sold.
