Do I give up access to transportation, restaurants, cultural activities, doctors, emergency medical care, religious and business activities, vet care and maybe more, to live in the country on my ranch or on the beach in a beautiful country, or do I keep access to all those things and live in the city? 

We have two rental properties out of state.Consider Transportation:  One of them is a few hours drive away.

Kansas City is the “Heart of America” a transportation hub in the center of the country with a small city feel and the big city attractions of art, culture, fine dining, and professional sports teams.

There is no long haul imo how many other currencies do you know of that a government will allow unregulated, untaxed, and and untraceable?

Of these properties do they have parking and how close to public transportation are they? 

If Acme Disposal does not accept the items, you must transport them to the landfill.

Also who wouldnt want to work for an hourly wage, under the direction of someone else without the hassle of buying and transporting materials or the responsibility of permits, inspections and the like.

So CLO is still typically investing inside real estate, but this company seems operating more like fund manager/unregulated private equity when they invested to REV,It has been a while Norada and Lane was on my "bizarre investment" watch list with their return level of post-usury level that can't be beaten or understood in this market in 21st century.I was think before Norada is more like Peer Street , but no, he's more advanced than that.

It's not the same - you have to deal with transportation, storage, through put cost, counterparty risk, the need to find an end buyer in the right location with the demand at the right time, collections and billing on giant sums of money, etc.
