So, for anyone who wants to go into real estate primarily for cash flow, they have not yet understood the concept! 

I understood that rent prices are decreasing.

It is our belief that if Joe had actually walked the property and understood it’s story, his commentary would be different.

If you need to ask yourself why to those things, you never understood those things never need to be explained internally and externally.

I am not sure if the Legal person I talked to understood the length of her time there so that could be the confusion. 

And all currencies will eventually go to zero, Warren Buffet was not the first one to say this.Once I understood this, I started looking at leverage in a totally different way.
