So I'm trying to torture you, guys, for the information :oops: :D And I did pay cash for the house and I do not have any mortgage.But I have some other serious expenses - like my elderly mother from abroad with no retirement who lives on her own in another house.I had to invest the money so I could support my mother and I decided buying a rental was the best deal.Time will tell.

The closing docs where insane and took our attorney (alot of hourly rate on our tab) to edit and fix their closing docs and requirements.Not answering you directly but we where almost forced through this torture as first time park buyers.  

Please keep that in mind before giving a gift to, what many people consider a torture chamber. 

The only reason I know this is because I am going through this torture right now. 

If it's my money and I am not going to tie it up until the end of time and then go through the torture of getting it back.When I worked for a developer assembling land for commercial projects the buyers attorney or buyer would ALWAYS hold the earnest money or a neutral third party would.

Even though I think pitbulls should be removed from the planet, I am against torturing/fighting them.

Or would you rather buy a bad deal and potentially lose 10x that over the next 5 years of torturing yourself?

There is no way we could go through this torture again. 

I just closed on my beach house with a seller who was tortured by distractions and gad great difficulty focusing on our deal.The solution was to meet for dinner first and sit down with a "talking points" sheets so that we could keep the conversation flowing and on-topic.I cannot tell you how difficult it is to get two A.D.D.

God, listening to his tapes was torture, he does NOT have a lively speakers voice, especially for stuff as dry as trusts.
