You want to add value and reduce expenses.Also, it is wise to have a healthy liquid reserve available when buying commercial real estate.I would call commercial real estate brokers and find one with a teacher's heart.

I suspect this one stayed up because your the Original author  :) Besides the guys who post threads saying he just retired from being a teacher, and are making 250k a year after 10 years of investing these are the funnest threads. 

How Doctors teachers nurses rent these homes.. on and on.. he was objection handling right from the start.. you know its just 4 walls and Roof how complicated can it be.. these are masters manipulating what you see and think and then closing tools..

You’re basically paying a music teacher that isn’t as good as you. 

People could save themselves the risk if they would just use the right teachers.
