When I complained to the city about the alley having three kiddie sized swimming pool holes, city refused to make repairs and then trumped up fines against me up to $1,000.

if virtually all attendees miss a paid for workshop, there are reasons.As for our travels, we saw 4 mayan sites including Chichen Itza and toba, swam in 3 cenotes, went to swim with turtles but too rough seas for the wife (storm impacts), scuba a Great Wall (advanced dive - 95’ with strong current), many tours of various cities including horse drawn and walking.  

Make sure you know how to swim for sure!

For example, I was looking in Cape Coral and there were nice modern homes with swimming pools doing barely $30k, whereas a pool in many other markets is a major advantage.

I think the bottom line is that this thing only had legs with free money, and once the Fed took that away it was the equivalent of seeing who's swimming naked when the tide goes out.
