Dalton, I completely understand how frustrating a low appraisal can be, especially when your CMA supports a higher ARV.

And for me it was support our first responders and Troops..

The ARV supports the juice, but I think either my "perfect world" has to be compromised, or a HELOC of some sort- if I can.

Multiple tenants cannot pay, tons of bugs on the backend, User Interface doesn't load 30% of the time, the support team is based in the Philippines and they have no idea what they are doing just copying and pasting scripts.

Are there infrastructure limitations, i.e. main sewer can't support 100 new townhomes feeding into it?
