Something happened...I have suspicions the rental market is rebounding, but I don't have enough data to support my theory. 

I am also looking for feedback on rental prices in this area and what the market supports.

If you are building new properties and the area supports STRs, maybe build to suit STRs.

Hello BiggerPockets community,I’ve been exploring the use of virtual assistants (VAs) to support acquisitions, and I’m curious to hear your experiences.

However, there are multiple documents that emphasize that all 1245 property determinations must be factual and supported by corroborating evidence.

I imagine a T-6 is just a Trailing 6 month table that shows our rents, expenses all fully tabulated and organized into a summary table, but having a hard time finding documentation online to support that. 

There’s little evidence to support this.
