Does anyone have experience with ADU specialists in Los Angeles?

I chose to invest most of those gains into a trucking company due to the lack of patience at the time and my 10 year experience being a tractor trailer w-2 driver.

If you can raise money without stressing out completely, than go for it.

At the very least you will want to have some general foundations set because with time you will modify processes and the learnings via experience you gain.

While the heater issue adds extra stress, addressing it promptly will protect you from further fines and penalties.
