Co-living, on the other hand, mitigates this risk by creating multiple income streams.

I know you want to go full time and jump in, but I'd recommend staying with your day job as long as you can - it makes your life a lot more comfortable to have a steady stream of income to pay the bills every month!

To the guy who made the $700 per person income stream comment, as the community grows they'll need to continue to grow the coaching team as the structure of the program is centered around smaller groups of people you interact with on a very regular basis.

But if there are going to be market headwinds then the thought would be to get out and diversify my revenue streams.
