Once I am more comfortable with the process I will certainly look to span as far as I can.

It’s been quite the ride, and I’m thrilled to have reached this milestone in such a short span of time.

You could also place a "time-span" test on this, meaning the no more than three months between violations.

I will add that Upper Northeast Philadelphia is one of the more consistent neighborhoods over a large span area wise.

Very true and we were kind of thinking about that 3 year time span as well.

A life span/cost analysis will show this.  

Given the life span of the system, it would still be worth it.
