Guys, no investor wants to pay off a low rate mortgage so you are just spinning your wheels. 

I know lots of developers that spin their wheels trying to find banks to finance their construction or rehab projects when they're never going to approve them anyway.

To simply not invest with folks who exhibit "Free Spin" syndrome, and continually buy without putting their own money where their mouth is.

If you don't have $100k to invest, you'll spin your wheels for a long time, looking for deals in not-so-great markets. 

The dashboard will not load, it just spins and spins.
