@Amir TwigCan you be more specific what was it that you tested and the result and availability of the source (I am assuming you have something to sell)?

I'm paintimg all my doors, cabinets, and baseboards semi-gloss, specifically so I can wipe them down easier.

A good broker should be able to tell you a range of rates given specific criteria if you can tell them what kind of deals you are exactly looking at (ex. in central Boston, 10-20 unit, 90%+ occupancy, 30% down).

Why ask: You want to know the mentor’s qualifications, expertise, and track record in the specific area you need help with.

When you mention STR, are you referring to a specific type of short-term rental classification, or is there a particular regulation you're looking into?

If you are specifically asking about the requirements to get licensed you'll want to do a google search for you local laws and requirements.

I specifically target (with my wording) luxury travel, nature lovers, beach goers and couples.  

I have the lead paint and Seller disclosure forms and am familiar with an Ohio contract but not sure if there are any specifics required in the state of MI.
