One thing that combats the seasonality issue is that Sparkling Hill Resort is up there, and I'd imagine short-term rentals would be a good secondary option to Sparkling Hill/Predator Ridge Resort, as well as for special event accommodations (weddings, parties, etc.).Understanding your post was from almost a year ago, did you ever pull the trigger up there or anywhere else in the area?

4 bed 2.5 bath dream home got a complete make over with an open concept kitchen that sparkles with new appliances and quartz countertops, walk in pantry, new double pane windows.

I'd sooner just make that place sparkle.

The tubs may reflect an Edwardian era or be very modern, but they're so sculptural and lovely - plus the sparkling "jewelry" of the fixtures make them special and desireable.

Which is true; the place sparkles inside and out.I am a pretty clever guy, even back then, so I go and look and check and fiddle and ponder - it all seems fine.

Now we use the FluidMaster Flush N' Sparkle because it separates the chlorine and only puts it into the bowl upon the flush.

Window Films...I have used the Solex brand  SX-C300 Dusted Etch, SX-1309 Fine Crystal Frost, or SX-324 Frosted Sparkle for the bottom lite of the window. 

Is it in great shape, with sparkling hardwood floors, new carpet, new paint, and very little to be done anywhere, inside and out?
