Smokers aren't a protected class haha.

I don't think anyone could be evicted simply because they are a smoker but only if they violate the rules that are set. 

The guy who is 'buying' it from us bumped her rent 25% & given the rent was below mkt she had no problem paying the increase.The neighbors call her the 'smokin hoarder broad' because the home is full of fridge magnets & she is the ultimate chain smoker.

I've already been down that road with pot smokers. 

If it's not specifically written in law that you can't do something, then you can.I learned that when I was creating my lease and had a question regarding smokers.

No pet, non smoker.   

Enough that we sold the home without it being a smoker house.Today, I will be trying out an even more powerful machine in a mobile home we are renovating that smells like the worst smoke smell you can imagine.
