I know there is tons of new built inventory where one gets 1st or first 2 months rent for free,  the rental market has been sluggish for 2 years now.  

I have heard equity trust is so big they are sluggish.

Economic reform will be sluggish and mostly symbolic creating oscillations.

While homes in sluggish neighborhoods might stay on the market for months, an area on the upswing might see a reversal of this trend.

My crystal ball says higher inflation from QE then borrowing costs go up since capital is hard to come by and you have a sluggish market for some time.

Also, sufficient amount of oxygen in the body improves the metabolism so that you can get rid of the toxins from your body.

No matter how much currency is in circulation, if it doesn’t move this causes deflation.The elites know how sluggish things are right now.

I was feeling aggressive last night and used the Rental Analysis tool  to analyze a deal for every apartment building in Tulsa and apparently it overloaded the system.I am not sure what the limit is, but it started acting sluggish around 14,000 units.

I believe that in the area we are in the market is extremely sluggish.

ETC are great but they have become slow and sluggish in the last year or so.
