Essentially this is just a “rogue agency” that’s creating and abolishing new mortgage and financial-related regulations with absolutely no experience in this area.

My goal is to start forming a network to help build a real estate portfolio that is large enough that I can show family and friends "This stuff works just look at what I have done" so that they do can educate themselves and then too free themselves from the slavery of a paycheck job.

The plan currently is to clear about 1/2 what I was making in my IT slavery and have fun while learning something new.

I think its probably healthy skepticism that I would abandon my school work (which I need if I want a job *cough cough* payed slavery *cough cough*).

They should abolish that little "how 2 civilian" nonsense that wastes a week of your life right before you EAS/ETS, make everyone watch 3 hours of Dave Ramsey, and call it a day.If we had some metric, "net worth of the median veteran 5 years after EAS/ETS," that right there would bump that number up significantly. 

Or you could just wait around for Trump to abolish the EPA.

There are examples of social justice gains via lawsuits in other areas - ending legally sanctioned segregation in public schools, abolishing the poll tax, requiring due process hearings before government aid is terminated, facilitating receipt of welfare support by eliminating barriers based on interstate movement.
