i havent done alot of this sort of research, BUT i have found if you contact the tax collector in each county they can tell you over the phone all info about the offering. also many tax collector have a site called a parcel veiwer where u can put in either the appraisers parcel # ( apn) or the "situs" address (actual physical address) these are usually free or pretty low cost also theres an app landglide thats really good and pretty inexpensive. hope it helps best of luck.

Although I had to do some title searches in your neighboring Mineral County and it's much more difficult to navigate there than here without a name and or at least the situs address.

Either way, most of the time it requires reporting and disclosure on your 1040 annually.That said, if your only US income subject to taxation is US situs rental real estate, it's not likely that you'll get a refund.

Vacancy is another good criteria, both on the situs address and on the owners mailing address - there likely won't be many hits on that criteria, but it's obviously useful.

But if and when you go to sell it and the buyer wants an FHA loan that's where you'll run into a stumbling block.Also if the home has been moved from its original situs and relocated to a private lot/parcel you will not be able to obtain an FHA guaranteed loan.
