Currently my short-term management property is managed by the property management company.

What started off as primarily a second home with the possibility of short term leasing quickly flipped to a STR first and a second home when not rented because demand is so strong right now for STR's in this area. 

Many European cities have existed far-far longer than the USA has even existed.

@Ken LatchersBooking.com is terrible in Tucson IF your properties aren't on "payments by booking" where they collect the money for you.It brings all local people for short stays.

Everyone we have spoken to only considers short term rent as an option.

Short term rentals in St Pete are technically illegal but it doesn’t stop hundreds of other investors from doing it.

I exited the market due to the short term rental regulations - properties that are rented under 90 days are considered short term.
