I thought I'd extend a hello and welcome to BP.My family are flat landers - some of the first settlers in and around Carberry / Glenboro and to the north by Minnedosa.

when i was negotiating settlement of my maxed out credit cards, a couple reps actually suggested that a few late payments and the accounts being settled for less than full amount would hurt my credit alot for 1-2 years BUT that after around the 2 year mark, lenders wouldn't pay much attention to them. does that sound accurate to you in your experience lending, or was that just lip service from the eager credit card settlers?

Beans and legumes have a very high caloric density for their volume which is why they were a standard item of every explorer/prospector/settler's kit.

He's definitely anti-United States, but does support his ideals as being American, in that, the American dream is about going where opportunity is, just like settlers and immigrants that came to the US in the beginning.

The area around old settlers park will be one of the hottest areas in round rock and it is underdeveloped.

The seller is asking 35k for the property but will settler for 30k.

What I am looking to do is to develop a business trend model and break that down further by type of business, general population expansion and settlers, foreign inflows of people, bank and credit default rates, credit amounts, income and employment trends, home price trends, and maybe even break that information down by county.I just do not know where to look and there isn't any analysis similar to what I am looking to do.

I was not alive then of course, but I am willing to bet we are taxed more now than the original settlers were back in England.
