Those occasional lunch/coffee sessions probably won't be enough unless some experienced investor is willing to be harassed by me every single week.

Just say this is a pre-recorded informational session, no harm… then someone named Ramsey called me and it was a young kid from NY and the total for the course was 2-3grand I believe.

If you’re asking whether to lay a baseline plan, I’d say you should, if only to save yourself some of that restless confusion that hits at midnight after a marathon Zillow session.

I had my intro session with one of their team member's last week, felt good and motivated.

Sometimes their speakers have trade show booths where you can speak directly with them or they are available before or after their speaking session.

I doubt it,attended the zoom session and was very disappointed.I sadly made a big error here?

There are training sessions you can sign up for on the site, these are live with no recording of the sessions. 

I have a facebook group for wholesalers and we actually get free PropStream training sessions exclusively for our group where someone from PropStream actually shows you how to use all these features.
