Sounds like a cake walk compared to the projects I've seen.

It is like baking a cake.  

You need to know what to do in a spacific order, kinda like bakin a cake!

So, don't necessarily assume it'll be a cake walk getting anything you like under contract.

When you acquire your property, create some type of way to interact with your neighbors immediately (dinner, drinks, bake them a cake, any social activity).

Maybe you've seen this article floating around the Internet this week about the tenant whose landlord sent them the rent in an editable Word Document, so he slipped in his own clause.Now, this is funny, and I were the landlord, I would take this as a lesson learned and buy them a cake for their birthday for as long as they were tenants. 

I see people do it on BP all the time.. but they could get wrung up.. surprised Gully is not on them like a fly on a cake.

IDK if ABC would like to rectify but that is something that would bother me no doubt as all the regular taxes I understand in Philly make Cali look a cake walk but IDK for sure just what I have read from the local accountants.

I would say that is much worse than a cake walk.
