I have long form articles on both this Fair Housing law with section 8 and the scam tenants with fake info on our website.  

Bottom line....sounds like a scam. 

Caveat emptor....his 5K course times 10 suckers a week means he can gross 200K per month just on a scam that anyone can learn how to do.  

But this was not because wholesaling is a scam.

For me, what was talked about above is nowhere near close enough for me to judge or provide an opinion on someone as just because someone changes their name (we have done it several times for different entities) or someone could be co-gp or LP in a deal but not in the limelight) does not immediately set off my radar of "omg this person is not legit or a scam artist".

Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine scam or is this a viable program to use a vehicle to start my Real Estate Investing journey.

I paid for a lifetime membership and then still got charged.  So I disputed the additional charge.  Low and behold they just shut down my membership.  Doesn't seem like that's how it should work.  If anything explain ...
