Obviously I don't know your entire situation so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.

There are candles (and other products like room sprays etc) especially for the smell of cannabis and/or smoke. 

They aren't doing it to help syndicate investors.I don't know anything about this deal other than what I've read here, so take everything I say with a grain of salt...but this plan appears to kick the can for a year.

When you are looking at estimated provided by the seller take them with a healthy grain of salt.
