I was a flipper in 2001 and did really well until I fell in love with this big country property on a river up north.

The city itself is established, older neighborhoods, better city amenities (museums, arts/music etc), more pro sports, more hills, bigger river, has a streetcar, arguably better nightlife overall.

Most of the multifamily in my area is in Norfolk and Portsmouth VA.There’s a new casino opening in portsmouth, Rivers Casino.

Hey River,Right now I live in "Central",so Im open to all areas outside of places like camden,newark unless in the good section ect.
