I think I have been taken for a ride.

North Lawndale, East GP, and anywhere within a 15 min train ride.

It hasn't been an easy ride for lots of folks building in Cape Coral over the past several years, but one silver lining is the property values have nearly doubled since Covid, though the market has cooled recently. 

It's a long train ride.

Can you outperform you debt by doing something else with it, then let it ride.

I'm not an attorney or expert in AP specifically, but do have a working knowledge of it for Civil engineering/survey work and have had two projects where this came up and I was able to 'ride along' and see how it unfolded.First, if you 'know' the property has been taken by AP then there's nothing for you to do with the tax assessor etc.

Wrap, or in some states All-inclusive-Deed simply is a new deed of trust that "wraps" (rides on top of an existing Deed of Trust'  signed by the new buyer obligating the buyer to making the payments or facing foreclosure by the seller. 

It is where you can eliminate a majority of headaches or sign yourself up for a roller coaster ride.
