Don't get me wrong I still have my fears but I am determined to reprogram that mindset and be successful with my investing. 

Although I didn't have enough to do the first year, I spent my free time reprogramming my brain by reading a lot of books and attending quality seminars.

I always remind them that when Susie Q comes home and little Johnny is making some love with his ex that if I have to reprogram the lock when they split it costs them the $125 written in the lease.

I'm not very eager to become a broker at all, however the university I will be attending has a RE program (that I'm interested in anyway, because of my desire to invest).  

Looking forward to talking with like-minded people here and really reprogramming how my mind works. 

I think a smart lock is also a good idea as then you can reprogram anytime they move but do not have any recommendations. 

do what some SOB did to us.... steal it from an Open House & re-program it :) I did get several from a garage door installer who did a couple of door replacements for us.

We may need to start reprograming the human brain to deal with that!

You can re-key without replacing the doorknob, just use any existing key to reprogram it.
