They will not allow new energy efficient windows to be installed unless they are exact wood replicas of the old windows.

So setting up a fifth replica is not the right answer.

Specifically, a friend is developing a 50-unit townhome apt community.  5 buildings, 10-units each all replicas in Central WA.

It should boost confidence in your home vs. an exact replica down the street (if it existed).  

I am also looking for my first flip, but wanted to add that there is a group in my area that flips homes regularly and they have prop furniture for flips for staging and such.. like plastic and cardboard replicas and such.. looks decent in person, in pictures you cant tell it is fake.. 

The goal is to create an exact replica here in Pensacola.

It is a spinning replica of Old Town Scottsdale and will continue to see healthy appreciation.
