I like Troy because I know it's starting to be a little rejuvenated.

The Crenshaw District, Leimert Village, and Inglewood seem to be poised for future rejuvenation and gentrification.  

From our reserch this area of town is experiencing  rejuvenation like other places in the city.Robert Ellis, thanks for the inputs. 

The other half can still be deferred in a 1031.and there's nothing like sand instead of snow to rejuvenate you!!!

Robert Ellis I liked the large hospital industry, amazon building a presence, the major universities and the rejuvenation the suburbs are going through.

AVR $78,320.00 The Town of is being rejuvenated with investors like Marriott Hotels breaking ground less that 10 blocks away, a Bay City physician investing in restoration of downtown buildings and putting in shops along the river front, local thriving College, recreation activities for kayaking, bicycle riding, fishing along Kalmazoo River and a great sense of renewed pride in the local community.

However, there are a LOT of plans for revitalization and rejuvenation in progress ore recently created (creating jobs, bringing businesses to the area, creating programs with the local colleges to increase education rates and increase the pool of qualified and skilled employees - in the area of nursing, etc, for which there is currently a shortage in this location.). 

We would be after distressed properties in slightly marginal, but rejuvenating areas to add the most value possible.

One day I stumbled upon the Bigger Pockets podcast and I felt rejuvenated after listening to episode 93 with Erik Stark.  

We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of south central Iowa and its many great neighborhoods.
