Although when I take my morning walks I snap a few photos to show friends they are much tidier than mainland homeless MUCH.. but they are all over Honolulu and the Park across from Ala Moana shopping center.. so you have 5 mil condos and homeless.. and then every day there are 5 to 10 wedding photo shoots ( young Japanese couples) where the homeless are camped out.

As a new real estate agent in Northern Virginia, I'm trying to make these connections, but my immediate thoughts and attemps just involve messaging these business and informing them I'm an agent and that if the respective family is in need of a realtor I'd be happy to work w/ them, but every time I do that, the response I get is "we already have a realtor" or "house was already sold or listed"........and a lot of times I am refresh to the post, so obviously I want to be "there" sooner so I can get the seller listing lead.

In 2021, Omaha was ranked the #4 city for new homeowners- and I think with the next wave of QE heading for markets, the gap for affordability in high-demand coastal metros will just make midwest flyover cities that much more attractive to would-be homeowners, in particular remote workers.Within Omaha, there are entire neighborhoods being refreshed by investors and homeowners alike, as well as new home developments popping up on the outskirts of Omaha left and right.
