Anyone know if paying 1 huge principle payment at the end of each year would pay it off faster verses bi weekly payments?

They don’t follow the same restrictions and principles on a consumer purpose loan. 

Same principle for rents.You posted this under land and new construction.

I was in a similar spot with a high paying W2 when I first started investing in real estate.I took the principles from BRRRR and Long Distance Real Estate Investing from David Greene's books and went at it.

@Haiden WelchReal estate investing requires hands-on experience and a strong foundation in financial markets, business management, and real estate principles.

You pay additional principle on your mortgage you are saving yourself 6.75%, BUT if you can put that money together and do something MORE GAINFUL with it then that is what investing is about.

We don’t want to let her get away with this again and it’s more about principle at this time.
