Because they will get defensive if they feel you are pressuring them.

It's just unfortunate you were not notified to get the plumbers out sooner or the PM did not communicate not to leave the faucets off but ultimately if they were left off you likely would have had pressure built up and pipes burst (especially if they lines weren't all PEX) so the root issue of not having heating water lines still was the issue.

Juggling between work and personal life can be tough, but having a property manager can take some of the pressure off and let you focus on your other priorities

Like others have mentioned, a 30 year loan is better (less pressure).

That said most folks have price targets and if large complexes are conceding 1 or 2 months on the 1st year lease, itll put downward pressure on your rent to some degree. 

The second was Hugh Jones and it started out ok but eventually they started really pressuring me to buy Big deals, 30-100 units.

Only because I desired so, there is no pressure.

Borrowing against your paid off house without an income puts way too much pressure on the success of whatever deal/project you decide to pursue.
