Having spent countless hours with start up entrepreneurs, students, professional athletes and spiritual practitioners I know that if you need something I will probably know someone who can help you get there.

Otherwise, I will continue to network on BP.As a quick background of my wife and I -- My wife is an orthopedic nurse practitioner and I am an land manager for an oil & gas company, each with 10 years of experience.  

Nowadays, most accounting is conducted online, even for local practitioners.

But, please don't dive into one of the most intensive "feet on the ground" parts of real estate investing -- in one of the most difficult markets in the country (if you can believe all the other writer-practitioners on comparative wholesale markets) -- if what you really want is passive investing.I wish you well, Jasmine! 

There are still general practitioners but specialization is the clear trend.

And BTW, not that many RE attorneys deal with "creative terms" deals, such as Lease Options... because they are generally more 'conventionalist,' practitioners.

A practitioner's level of competence is not always linked to their qualifications.

I should have my Agile Certified Practitioner certification by the end of July.The next steps for me are to find my next deal and really what I consider my first deal as it will be purely from an investing standpoint.

Don't try to figure out title issues on your own unless you're a skilled legal practitioner in real estate. 

@Nathan Oberle , I know what you mean.What I meant was some practitioners just capitalized the expense incurred by individuals or disregarded entities as start-up expense when the expenses are really not startup expenses.
