Any advice on potential MTR markets near Houston and surrounding areas?

Those who had luck getting work paid most of it to the company because of fees and others say it’s a scam. 

Dutch Mendenhall and Amy Vaughn have orchestrated a scam to take investors money.   

I just received an email this morning about Fund 2 with an update on first quarter performance. They had paused distributions in 2023. I calculated the overall DSCR to be 0.77.

So, they could potentially buy another house later on.

Also 4th quarter of last year Packwood and county officially did discuss potentially regulating STR's by either limiting numbers or adding a tax to cover increases in local services that are needed.

using a TREC 1-4 contract so hard to scam there.  

Never heard of Investor's Edge, but this sounds like a straight up scam.

I'm in a number of social groups for private lenders and have run into a lot of scams.
