It's a waiting game really.

It has led me to so many more ideas and creativity on what I know want to do with Real Estate but also how to help other people understand the complexities of the game. Really

BP Investors and Gamers,I had an agent bring up an idea about hosting a online game lobby where you could invite serious real estate investors to discuss methods and share ideas.

The number of months of (total) operating expenses you should have in reserve will go down as your portfolio grows (If you have 10 units and 1 goes vacant, you're still getting 90% of your rental income).Its a numbers game really... 

Bigger houses will have a streaming bluray and HDTV, outdoor entertainment like a fire ring or horse shoe pit, indoor entertainment like a poker table electronic darts free weights kegorator.

It's like playing poker where the other person already knows your hand.

my rule, others may say otherwise but I'm not in the volume game, real estate is my current Business, and I prefer quality over quantity.....just fits my style best.

It's more than a math game, really.

I'm more interested in smaller scale tools that can provided value to the home gamers.

Hanging on to a property for any reason other than financial, is an emotional decision...or a bad poker move.
