I would like to listen to all the different shows but don't have the time each week so wondering if there is a way to get the pod feeds sent to me through RSS or API so I can put it into AI to identify the main themes and where to focus?

I've been doing homework, listening to pod-casts, reading and the knowledge out there is phenomenal and overwhelming at the same time.

I followed that article to bigger pockets and the Pod casts. 

@Peter WaltherIt’s gotten quirky - like in GA if they don’t pay for so many years then it’s wiped (had that happen but thankfully we got them to mod and reinstate the SOL).

The mods are going to remove this for a forum advertising violation.

So why are mods trying to stifle that discussion?

Sounds like a mod didn’t like something we said?  

@Scott Trench I will say that on the pod casts, over the last year, I have seen a shift to a more conservative approach to investing from the refi to the max all the time and keep buying.

I did a home mod many years ago and it saved me and my home after having kids beyond vacation renting.
