Are there specific advantages or potential pitfalls I should consider when structuring these activities through my LLC?

@Diana Teng there are a LOT of potential pitfalls:(So, it's vitaly important to not just find someone that you think you can trust because they tell you what you want to hear, but you find someone that their processes seem a good fit for what you want.EXAMPLE: we do BRRR Turnkeys for clients and take numerous vides we share with them - initial, worst state of any demo, when HVAC, plumbing, electrical update BEFORE walled in, before any major payouts and of course a final walk-thru video.One thing that's accurate from all the HGTV renovation/flip shows is that you should expect and plan for surprises!

Honestly, it is a lot of work, and there are some big pitfalls you want to avoid, but its not rocket science. 

I just don’t know DSCR loans are great ways to scale your business, but they're not without pitfalls.

There lots of pitfalls in there for housing providers. 

Lease provisions in one place that are common and acceptable may not be allowed elsewhere.Overall its worked out for us but there's definitely some potential pitfalls.

However, we have a lot of questions about pitfalls and unknowns especially with older properties, or if there is a better investment strategy since cash flow properties in our area aren't meeting the numbers we are looking for.
