I just find it irritating when agents don't respect the nature of the business of negotiating.

The architect is very clearly irritated with the situation.

What irritates me is this entire moving thing was my wife's idea originally.

  $500+ each year for dues is a lot, especially when you're a new agent who is trying to figure out how to pay desk fees, business cards, continuing ed and soul-crushing marketing costs.One piece of particularly irritating bullcrap in the media reporting though (big surprise, right?). 

Echoing some of the sentiment expressed from other investors, I get irritated with agents who don't listen to what I am looking for and simply set up auto lists of houses that don't meet my criteria. 

I text him and irritate him as much as possible.

(investor sentiment, news from China, peace talks, etc etc.. and 30 minutes later when stocks are down, stocks down on the news of xxx” (the same news.) but they aren’t as irritating as the after close articles that speak like they knew the market would be up or down.

This irritates my wife to death though.
